Occasionally products are not clearly reflected in inventory, or our suppliers have discontinued a product without prior notification. We will make every effort to keep our website and product inventory current to reflect the actual products available. In the event there is a discrepancy and the product ordered is not available in a timely manner, we will make every effort to accommodate and meet the customers needs.
If there is a problem with an order we will contact the customer by email message and phone call. If a product ordered is unavailable, then a product of equal or greater value, if available, will be offered in substitution at no extra charge to the customer. The customer has the right to accept or refuse the replacement product. If the replacement product is refused by the customer, a full refund will be issued.
If there is a discrepancy in our physical stock and our inventory management but more product is expected from our supplier within a reasonable time frame then we will hold the customer order and fulfill it when we take possession of the product from our supplier. Once DAC receives products from the supplier, priority will be given to orders to be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. A coupon may or may not be issued to the customer on a future purchase at our discretion.
